I regter to say that this is the worst GP pracitce I have ever been to. Receptionists are making decisions who are you goin to see (either doctor or nurse) without even asking you what you need. Then it turns out that you called to see a doctor but they booked an appointment with the nurse who cannot help you. And when you try to talk to them and ask for help rebooking you, they are rude and not helpful at all. Then, when finally you manage to see the doctor (a week later), they are trying to get rid of you the moment you enter the room. They don't listen what you have got to say about your health issues. They will diagnose you without even looking at you. It ends up with unnecessary medication ( in my case very strong painkillers, 4 different ones and muscle relaxers that don't help which I complained about, however doctors were not interested to listen) they keep pumping into you. I am absolutely shocked how health service can treat their patients with such disrecpect and lack of care. I have found another GP in my area and tomorrow I am filling the application form. I will not be treated like rubbish!!!

I have nothing but problems with this practice, the online system is a joke when appointments I've booked in advance are not recognised when I go to them and the receptionists are very unhelpful and I am constantly having to chase up my prescriptions that need reviewing, leaving me without medication in the interim. I had to complain about poor treatment from one of their Nurse "specialists" when she was rude and condescending to me and the practice after investigating did not settle the matter but only responded saying the nurse in question was good (implying the problem was with me) if you need to call the practice then be prepared to wait for at least half an hour on the phone before you can get through.
